So in a match it would be best for Kawachi's to stay in pairs against things like the michigan since the 12in guns on her can reach out at double the range of the Kawachi. The Kawachi and the Michigan will have roughly the same top speed and the same size guns, but the Michigan has better range. The Michigan Class at tier three won't have as many guns as the Japanese dreadnought, but it can get all of her guns on target where as the Kawachi can't. With the exception of the tier IV Myogi class and tier V Kongo class, all the american battleships (excluding the North Carolina, Iowa, and Montana Classes) will have roughly the same speed as the as their Japanese counterparts of the same tier. That being said, will tree be more suitable for me? Or is the final Tier X Midway decent.By looking at the tech trees (both the already in game Japanese battleships and the future american battleships) I think the japanese will have some stiff competition against U.S. That being said, after playing the Langley and have a decent win rate and netting about 1k+ exp per game, I found myself to 1) like torpedo planes, 2) don't think i will want to trade off no fighters as the enemy fighters can just chew my bombers and i might not be able to rely on my carrier ally to defend me. Secondly, I realize that US has less torpedo planes than and the configuration in the higher level tends to be either air supremacy focused or dive bombers focused and rarely is there a nice in-between spot. Hoshi vs Langley, Hoshi has 4 tier V fighters vs Langley which has tier 6 IV fighters. So I would like to ask what is the key difference between US and Carriers, from what I observed and read, US have more fts in sqn, while tend to have lesser planes but higher tier. I've played this game on and off for a while and finally unlocked my first carrier, the US Langley and am kinda enjoying carrier gameplay and micromanaging all the various squadrons.
